问题

经过 #53→#54→#57→#64→#69→#73 多轮修复，Layer A+B 已稳定通过。但 Layer C QE Audit 始终 REJECT。

A+B 稳定通过，C 在 0~1 之间反复。需要系统性重设计 step1/step2 LLM prompt 策略，不能只靠参数调优。

本轮处理

  • #84: ✅ 修复 run_pipeline.py subprocess GBK 编码 bug（已 merge）
  • #86: ✅ _normalize_rule 新增 precondition 防御层 + step2 test 降级 warn（已 merge）

#75 当前状态：⚠ 待 e2e 验证

无法运行 pipeline：DashScope API 返回 Arrearage（账户欠费），全部 LLM 调用失败：

Error code: 400 - Access denied, please make sure your account is in good standing.

按 DEV_AGENT.md 规则：质量级修复必须在 pipeline + e2e 全部通过后才能关闭 Issue。API 不可用时，Issue 保持 open，标注 ⚠ 待 e2e 验证。

  • _normalize_rule 现自动补齐缺失的 screen_type/geographic_scope
  • step2 LLM 输出质量波动由 step3 防御层兜底
